I've been using CEX now for many years, I've lived in Cardiff and Bridgend and visited CEX shops around the country. The staff in CEX Pontypridd are very helpful and I've found always give the right advice. I've had issues with products I've purchased in the past and they have been very quick in sorting things out. The best Cex shop I've come across and I've visited a lot; Worcester, Kidderminster, Swansea, Bristol, Cardiff, Hereford, Bath, Cwmbran, Pontypridd is an excellent shop, the best in my opinion.
