I have to congratulate the staff in this store for their amazing service yesterday with my daughter's phone that she purchased from CEX - they could not have been more helpful and friendly and they sorted the problem out without any fuss! In a world where people are quick to moan about bad service, I wanted to congratulate this store on their brilliant customer service skills! We will most definitely be coming back.
