No iPhone specialist

Went to sell my phone and they said my phone wasn’t working properly. The vibrate apparently didn’t work and showed my partner by locking and unlocking the phone- strangely my brand new phone does the exact same thing when you do this action. The “tester” was meant to be in at 11 to test the phone yet they called me 10 minutes later at 10:20 to let me know they had done this themselves. I won’t be using this company again- v poor service and unskilled...
