I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your heating engineer Jon. I am covered for plumbing repairs with your maintenance plan and need my toilet repaired yesterday 28th November. Jon was the designated person for the job and I am so glad that he was. He was polite, friendly and reassuring (particularly important as I am having a very gruelling time personally at the moment). He explained that the fault would require a new cistern and liaised with his backend office.

He then came back that afternoon, when his other scheduled jobs allowed, and installed the new cistern – a job which he said would take 20-30 minutes which it did. His professionalism meant that not only was the job done but my own stress levels significantly decreased (hooray). At last someone who can be trusted and relied to do a great job!

I hope you can say a big thank you from me to Jon and that you know he is an asset to your company.
