Could not be more pleased with the whole service from excellent showroom, advice from Alan, to fitting service by Darren and helper who had to deal with a difficult chimney which took over 2 days to sort out. During this time they were very careful keeping the room clean and even working around furniture delivery. End result is just what we wanted. Would recommend them to anyone.

Alan came to my house to survey the chimney and gave me the full range of options regarding size and style of fire. As I have an external chimney stack some additional work was required to accommodate the fire I wanted. I considered asking my builders to do this and Alan was happy to talk them through the requirements for the flu. However, I decided to let the fitters from Fireplace Factory do the fitting and I am so glad that I did. They took a lot of time and care over making sure that the false breast they built was right and the fire looks amazing. I'm so glad I left it to the experts. It has been done right, first time and most importantly to the correct safety standards!!! I have no problem recommending this comany.
