Took far too long to carry out work

I dropped my car off on a Thursday and had to keep chasing for the work to be done. When I called at the weekend with the intention to take my car elsewhere, they had already taken parts out so it would have been more hassle to pick it up. In the end the work wasn't completed until the following Tuesday, and there were no calls with updates and no apology offered at any point for the delay - I was just left to keep chasing. When the car was collected it was a dark evening and had been left unlocked where passers by easily had access. A few weeks after having this work done, I had another issue arise, so it won't be a surprise to share that I have now chosen to use another garage instead.

Honest, friendly and experienced

Brilliant. Have been taking my car there for servicing, repairs and MOT for over 10 years as it's reassuring to find an honest and experienced garage. It's clear that it's a long established family business (rather than a chain, like Kwik Fit) and the same team of mechanics have been working there the entire time I've used them. I always see that as a good sign.
