Worst customer service if you have trouble with purchase
1Bought a Crosswater MPRO Toilet Brush end of Apr with delivery beginning of May for £100. When we wanted a refund (We do have the original packaging) or exchange for similar product with different size in June (as our builder advised that the brush doesn't work with our toilet due to the position of the metal cap), the staff told me we can't return it after 14 days as it states in the invoice. When i checked the invoice, it wasn't there. He said in that case i needed to visit their website for terms and conditions and then said to me he needed to go for lunch and just ended the call.
Unless you never have problems with your purchases, it seems to me there's no customer retention at all.
