Dear sir/madam, please I need help! I was sick not for going to hospital,and I tried to healed my self that made me slept and the officers came and took me to cells meaning was I need to pay £90 fined or court if not and I said to them I am homeless and I do not know reason why and they said because I am drunk and I have not down anything wrong, thanks
