First time use driver on the phone

Waited for a while the car was clean but the driver kept using his phone and talking on the phone was slighty worried overall its alrighty

Its a small firm and drivers never reach you on time

Not enough drivers on board as they always fail to pick me up on time giving an apology is not enough as this is always the case

I find that hard to believe seeing as though I always get picked up whenever I need a taxi.
