Gone down hill in the past few years

Gone severally down hill. Used to be an excellent company but have fell of in a big way. No point being a regular customer because that's not how they treat you anymore. Some good controllers but they are let down by the others. Wait 30 mins for a taxi and the driver says he's been sat about for an hour waiting for a job!

Brilliant service

Don't use cabs a lot, as I usually drive, but went up to London this past weekend and didn't want the hassle of the traffic, congestion charge, parking, etc., so booked train tickets and decided to be lazy and book cabs to and from the station. Booking was simplicity itself, and it was great to know my booking was accepted, then get confirmation of the car, registration number, and picture of the driver. Lone female was appreciative of that information.

Central will be my go to business for local taxis now - I've even uploaded the app!

Excellent service

Since breaking my hip I have used Central to take me to Dr's & hospital. What great service I've had. George is great to talk to. The taxis have arrived on time. The drivers have been kind, patient & extremely helpful, especially when I was on 2 crutches. I'm sure over the next few weeks they will be having mire calls from me.
I would highly reccomend them.

Unreliable & rude - do not use

We were left stranded at midnight in Margate last night, having made a booking months ago and ringing to confirm the booking the night before. We contacted the company who said they didn’t have any drivers available and it wasn’t their problem, despite having our booking on their system. Zero apologies and the woman hung up on us. Shockingly bad service. Do not use.

Excellent Service by Jay - Central Cars Broadstairs Office

I would like to write a review for Central Cars Broadstairs Office regarding the excellent service provided by Jay. I was stuck with my daughter age 9 in Broadstairs because of the train strike on Sunday 4/6/23 and was desperate as we needed go back to London. My phone’s battery was almost dead. Jay was brilliant and very kind: he let us sit in the waiting room, he let me charge my phone and found us a driver that got us back to London. He even gave a packet of crisps as a snack to my daughter. Thank you so much Jay, we are very grateful.
Please give him a bonus or a pay rise!
