Excellent service

Used CentraHeat for many different jobs from putting a new central heating system in, Boiler services, installing new showers /bathrooms to responding to urgent call outs for a leak each time the staff are efficient, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable, tidy and honest tradesmen. Any issues always discussed prior to altering agreed work plan. Used for both business and residential properties. Highly recommend.

Poor

Centraheat were appointed by the Main Contractor on one of my residential projects. Sadly, they never completed the work and left defective and incomplete installations to the main heating & hot water systems together with fully unconnected wastes and shower valves within a new bathroom. They have also not provided any Gas Safe Certification for the work that they have carried out. This is all despite having been paid in full to the Main Contractor, in advance. Having worked with countless large and smaller commercial and residential mechanical contractors based Bristol, Gloucester & Swindon, I will never recommend Centraheat. Poor service.

Gas Pipe Removal and Reconfiguration

Unlike several other companies I contacted Centraheat were by the far the most professional and customer focused. Within an hour of the initial call the company director himself was at my property to take a look at the jobs!
We needed a gas pipe removed from the bathroom and a gas pipe under the boiler that stuck out at an awkward angle needed to be taken to the wall.
Tidy polite and friendly throughout the engineer was extremely persistent in getting in the best possible result and in the end he achieved a finish that was much better than I'd hoped for.

Centraheat were excellent from start to finish, I would highly recommend their services to any one.
