Our complaint with Century Flooring since 2019 and has not been resolved to date.
From the word go the company was not interested in my complaint and only after continually contacting them, did they arrange for an independent inspection. This took place around 18 months after our original complaint. We made the complaint regarding very bad wear marks at one seating around our dining table, but nowhere else in a room 21ft x 15ft.
The independent inspection was floored as it stated there were no feet on the chairs which was incorrect and I sent pictures of the chairs clearly showing feet on the legs. The second point was that the report showed pictures of a property going through refurbishment, which had nothing to do with my property. If you do have a problem the difficulty is neither the manufacturer, the carpet wholesaler or the independent inspectors will speak to you. You are obliged to go through the company that supplied you. In my case there has been no customer service.

I’ve used Centenary Flooring 3 times now. Dan is always very helpful and knowledgeable and provides a professional service from measuring to fitting. The carpet, underlay and vinyl is excellent quality and competitively priced and fitted to a high standard of workmanship. I’m delighted with the results and would highly recommended Dan and Centenary Flooring.

Excellent and friendly service .I am returning today to finish the last room in my bungalow. Do go to a local business rather than one of the “giants “ :not just because they are welcoming but the team have never let me down and go the extra mile to make the experience a pleasant and reliable one. Well done guys .

Absolutely love our new carpets , the service was amazing the price and quality was outstanding. The team were so professional from choosing the carpet and underlay to the fitting. We had two rooms done on the same day and they both look fantastic and it felt great supporting the local and small business I would definitely recommend 😀⭐️
