Cefn Coed Dental Practice

Went in as an emergency.
I don’t like dentists at all.
I get apprehensive, shaky, you name it, that’s me.
From start to finish, it was all talked through each step.
I think I’ve found my new dentist.

I got reffered to this dental surgery for an emergency appointment to have my wisdom tooth removed and I couldn’t have been more happy with my service! Sian did my treatment and reassured me as I was a nervous wreck, she was great the whole time and the other lady who was also in the room. It was over within seconds she did an amazing job and I’m so happy! Thank you ever so much again! From Chloe :-)

I have been a client for over 17 years now when the practice first opened. I have to say that I have never had a bad experience in all those years. Both my children have grown up with this dentist and are still travelling from wherever they are living at the time, to this dentist. That can't be wrong, surely. He always remembers their names and what they were doing from the last visit, which just puts you ar ease, knowing you are not just a number on their books. Always the latest equipment and treatments. A* from all of us here, for sure.

Always been a good dentist but today i was told i was struck off the books as i missed 3 appointments due to me having epilepsy and canceling late because of this so im dissapoind with this dentis as they new my situation is different from day to day

Like most people I have never been a huge fan of the dentist. I used to hate going. About 3 years ago I had awful pain from one of my teeth and I reluctantly booked an appointment at Cefn Coed dentist. They were marvelous, the staff were polite, friendly and instantly put me at ease. Even my treatment was not as unpleasant as I'd expected. I now love going to the dentist! No, really! I actually enjoy going. I no longer have to fear going, I keep up to date with my appointments and know that in doing so I will likely not need painful treatment in future. Since becoming a patient here I have also recommended my partner go (who has a phobia of needles and is very anxious in general, and exceptionally so regarding dentists). He was very reluctant, but after not seeing a dentist for over 6 YEARS and having a pain in one of his teeth, he went and was completely shocked with how the experience went. He was still anxious, but he will be continuing with check ups. I would recommend to anyone!
