Callum replaced our radiators and pipework as part of significant house renovations. He also installed a new boiler. Callum and Jack were very personable chaps and easy to have around. However, the cost of the work they did escalated very significantly from the initial quotation and Callum didn’t warn us of this, so it came as a nasty shock. After installing the boiler Callum promised to register it, giving us a 10 year warranty. This didn’t happen within the window of time the boiler company allowed and I had to go to significant lengths, liaising between the company (Ideal) and Callum to rectify the situation. Two different problems arose with the central heating system soon after installation, I don’t know whether this was down to Callum, but he was reluctant to return (perhaps because of distance to travel), already threatening a further callout charge if the problem didn’t prove to be his fault.

Great work completed in our bathroom. Extremely reliable and good price! Would 100% recommend to family and friends.

I had a radiator fitted today which has made such a difference to my small hallway, had a great first meeting to discuss what I needed and then quick turnaround to come and fit it all. Thanks I definitely recommend.
