Never been at such a place that offers as much support as CC33 do. From training right through to being on the call floor i have felt like everyone in the management team has been very supportive. I love the fact of all the extras that they offer too like free breakfast and the gatherings to celebrate certain occasions like the 10th anniversary or the EID party
CC33 have changed my mind about contact centers as i have not had any great experiences before now at other places i have worked at

An exciting, up & coming business. Very fast paced. Delivering a great service to its customers and clients. Great bonus structure for all staff and good working hours.

They lied to me during the interview stage about what my job would entail. I was given several assurances there would be no cold calling involved, but then I was set on cold calling anyway. Additionally to this they lied about the sales targets, and even about flexible working hours ..and the break times.

I was given three weeks training to complete as part of my probation period with the sky campaign. The training staff themselves were nice, but there were 115/125 other people at first, many people never gained access to the computer systems for reasons unclear to everyone, but this would become an issue for them as eventually the team leaders would blame it on the workers themselves. The training quickly descended into a chaotic environment, there were many extreme arguments, and no work provided for the majority of it. The working area we were in was not sufficiently ventilated, and was not covid compliant. During the first three weeks about 80ish people quit on the spot.

My wife worked here and just got fired as they kept putting her target sales up to the point she couldn't make it for last few days. What a joke spoke to her like rubbish and make her feel worthless so unhappy not letting this go!!!
