Great value for money. Been using Chris' services for years and never had a problem. He is fair, honest and great value for money being a master tech. Always happy to help in anyway he can.

This guy Chris was asked to change a new clutch and dual mass. He said he could do it and was paid to do so costing over £1000. When I drove it away all seemed ok however after 2 weeks the clutch was back to square one and his excuses was 'not my problem" clearly he didn't understand the law and his requirements. I took it to a Volvo main dealer and they said it feels old and In need of repaire. They said to me did he use a clutch reset tool which "MUST be used" after going back and asking him he said it doesn't need a clutch reset tool but Volvo and every youtube vid confirms it dose. After showing him he became aggressive and argumentative. I was disgusted as good money was put into this guy after he told us he was a top tech at Volvo, later after all of this I did some investigation and it turns out he is full of it and was never a top tech. Be warned and not do big jobs with him.

Chris did a great job for me replacing a faulty part on a vehicle (XF) at a fraction of the price quoted by the dealer. Will use again!

after having a few problems with my car lately and going to the wrong garages, getting over charged and even getting the wrong work done I am now dubious about all garages but by luck I found CBW Autos hiding away just around the corner from where I work, as soon as I pulled up they were helpful and friendly, talking to me on my level (not very clued up on cars). they had a look at my car, quoted me and even give my car a little health check. my car booked in and fixed no problems, was cheap too. this is exactly how you get repeat custom! Thank you CBW

It was my first time to C.B.W autos who serviced my car today and fixed my puncture i couldnt have asked for better service.....as soon as i went in you were so friendly and being a female who hates taking my car to garages put me at ease straight away ..... My vehicle was all finished within just a couple of hours which was excellent and the price was even better these guys are definitely a garage you can trust not to take your eyes out with ridiculous prices and i will definitely be using them from now on i couldnt have asked for a better service i will definitely be recommending these guys to all family and friends
