Disappointed with the after sales performance of these guys. Tiles are wonderful but the chump that estimated what I needed grossly exaggerated the amount (this is actually not the first time this has happened - so I’m a fool for returning I guess!). I did challenge this when I ordered the tiles and was told not to worry as they would take back unopened boxes and singles of the large 1000mm x 500mm tile. Tiles were put aside by Caversham Tiles last December for work that was scheduled for the end of March this year. Had four of the large tiles for return (plus quite a few others, but decided to keep those as spares). Tried to return these this morning but told it was too late and I should have read the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt! You know what guys, I’ve spent an enormous amount on this project so I can afford to lose £150 and I just wanted to get these out of the way.So, that’s it Caversham Tiles, I now resent the custom I’ve sent your way over the years. knowledgable too! I've bought many tiles from them over the years and they have always been very helpful. I went in the other day to ask some advice on some old grouting and they even gave me a small amount free just to do a minor touch up job.
