Andrea really does make it a home from home, Teddy & Woody are always happy and relaxed while staying in their warm cosy room. The photo updates are so lovely to recieve too.

Everything you could ask for from a cattery, and more. We were apprehensive about leaving our cats for the first time, but once we met Andrea and saw the facilities, our minds were put at ease. She is a genuine cat lover, and our cats both quickly warmed to her despite them not being great at home when we have visitors!

Andrea supplies a vast selection of food, so guests can typically enjoy their normal diet. Lots of toys, and Andrea keeps a bag for each guest for future visits. Those staying over Christmas receive a personalised stocking!

The ‘suites’ are split into an indoor, temperature controlled part with a window, to sleep, eat and drink, and a front part that is more open for play. Cats are also allowed a supervised wander down the corridor sometimes, and even get groomed.

The best part for us is the daily Facebook photos (you can opt out out of this). When we return to collect them, they’re never in a hurry to leave!

We appreciate the daily updates on Facebook whilst we were abroad. The service was efficient and amicable. There is ample space and Pepper seemed relaxed and comfortable.

I've just got my 3 boys back from Cats at ratcliffe Luxury Cat Hotel for the 2nd time and again they have come home looking like they have had a better holiday than me. Andrea is Brilliant with the cats and the Cat Hotel is Immaculate very very clean and spacious....For me the Best Cat Hotel in Nottinghamshire.... The booking process is easy and the Costs are good for what the cats get....I would never send my cats anywhere else now knowing the care and attention they get from Andrea. I highly recommend Cats at Ratcliffe to anyone thinking of putting their cats in a cattery....You will not be dissapointed...5***** !!

We have just picked our cat Marmite up from her first ever stay in a cat Hotel. We were nervous on how she would like it and if she would settle. We're thrilled to say that Marmite seemingly ate her weight in chicken and slept a whole lot.... what a holiday.

The facilities at Cats @ Ratcliffe are spotless, every need of your cat is catered for and the atmosphere is relaxed but professional.

Andrea was accommodating of us when we first looked at the hotel, putting our minds at rest. Andrea is a lovely lady to deal with, has a genuine love of cats and understands any nervousness from the cats and owners!

We have booked Marmite in for two further holidays over the coming months, we're so pleased to have found a lovely lady and a lovely hotel where we can send Marmite for her holidays. Thanks Andrea.
