I started learning to drive last year as a slightly older and somewhat nervous learner and had no idea what to expect.
My instructor, Mike, was extremely adaptable and relaxed and remained patient and encouraging even when there were inevitably stressful moments.
I quickly went from feeling fairly anxious to relaxed and found myself looking forward to our lessons.
I passed my test in around six months and felt confident driving and dealing with unexpected situations by the time my test came around.
I couldn't have done it without Mike, who is a credit to Cats Eyes, an utterly fantastic instructor. What a gem - would recommend to anyone. :-)

Cats Eyes Driving School were brilliant from start to finish. They responded to any calls I made and provided information that I needed. I had had lessons previously, which had destroyed my confidence and desire to learn to drive. This all changed on a 25 hour intensive driving course, I even travelled from Cornwall to Bridgend to do it. Not saying it was easy, especially as I lacked a lot of confidence but... Denise, my instructor, was totally amazing in so many ways and in the space of 25 hours, enabled me to 1) actually show up and take the test and 2) pass it!!! This is no mean feat as I am 63 years old and have spent my whole adult life believing myself to 'not be a driver'. I cannot thank Cats Eyes and Denise enough for a life changing week! My advice, don't delay, contact Cats Eyes and get it done!

Bought off road driving lesson for my 14 yr old grandson. All office staff were lovely and so helpful. The instructor on the day was brilliant and had my grandson driving straight away, he drove for the full hour, including reversing. He was very apprehensive before the lesson but thoroughly enjoyed it and had a huge grin on his face at the end. A lovely, safe way to introduce to driving. Would definitely recommend

I can't thank Amy Brown at Cats Eyes Driving School enough for helping me finally pass my driving test! After 20 years of trying, over 200 lessons, and 6 different driving schools, I was starting to think it just wasn’t meant to be. I was such an unconfident driver, but Amy’s calm, patient, and supportive approach made all the difference. In just 12 months with her, I went from nervous and unsure to confident behind the wheel, and I finally passed! Amy knew exactly how to guide me, and her encouragement never wavered.
