First and last.

So the first time we order from here which said one price on the phone to be charged £3 more at the door. We was told 40 min and waited well over an hour, after calling them to see if they would over look the misstake and the late delivery they replied no. First and last.

Ordered before - No problems.
This time lady answered was very rude and unpleasant. She became abusive and told me I could not cancel my order as I had placed it.
Will not be ordering again and would not recommend! Awful service!!!
