My Granddaughter left her "suitcase" full of her favourite toys on the 354 at Bromley North yesterday. When we realised, it was too late to get back to the bus stand and see if it was still there. We were advised to call the bus garage who took note and when we called back later last night as the buses returned we were told it had been found! One very relieved Granddad adn a very happy Granddaughter! Thanks to all at the garage who were wonderful and to the driver who found it. :-)
I left my bag on the night bus and was recommended to check in catford bus garage the next morning. I was very lucky the driver had handed my bag into lost property and I collected it from the bus garage. The staff were all so helpful!
My daughters phone and oyster card got left then taken on the bus 273 so i called them and was speaking to Maggie who was extremely rude and gave me no help at all with a bad attitude. She told my daughter to see the cctv she will have to contact the police, so we went to the police and they told us to go there with a reference number which i had to pay £4 for online, i called maggie again and she was very rude and was using sarcasm saying how it wont work and how they will not check cctv for a mobile.
I left my phone the on the 136 on Saturday night it was at the last stop at Grove Park bus station. The phone was handed in tho Catford bus garage and answered by Ryan the supervisor of the reception desk. I arranged to collect my phone the next day as I have a small child, On the Sunday I went down to collect my phone and some how it had been misplaced over night. I am disgusted at the way I have been treated I have called on three occasions and have been spoken to rudely and fobbed off. I cant understand how over night my phone was lost by the staff. I was shown a old Nokia in terrible condition that was logged on Saturday night which obviously was not mine. All the other lost items were logged and put in a locked cupboard. So why my phone that was answered by Ryan the supervisor was not handled in the same way is a mystery to me. I found the staff on reception very rude showing no concern. Ryan was the only one who tried to help me but he was the person who answered it and informed me that he was in possession of my phone and informing of its whereabouts. I will be taking this matter further until my phone is found or replaced
