I just noticed some of the negative reviews and wanted to say that I don’t agree. We have been using catch-the-moment for many years and are very happy with their service.

Expensive and poor service

It is very expensive and the manager was very rude indeed. When we refused to pay £10 more than the published price (in the leaflet by the till) she snatched the photos out of my hands.
Yell.com removed this review earlier today on the grounds that it did not comment on the customer service I received. I trust this review is more to the point, although I'm sure the shop will try to have it removed again on entirely spurious grounds.

Upon entering the shop I was warmly greeted and the assistance were very open and friendly. They explained what they could offer as services.

They printed off photos I required quickly and very smartly. I got a bit confused about types of prints and number of prints. They sorted out the misunderstanding with me and I was very happy with the results. The people receiving the pictures were very pleased and while we were there my Girlfriend decided to get prints don. She too was very happy with the result, and I have the picture next to my bed.

Rude and Impolite Owner/Customer Assistant

I have just received very poor service. I think I can define this as the worst service I've ever received in my life. First, the Customer Assistant didn't explain herself properly about the fast service, then, she left to assist other customers who were probably her friends, and when she came back and I asked a question (about the fast service which she didn't finish to explain) she became rude and impolite beyond imagination. I felt almost verbally attacked. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. I have always been a polite customer and an even more polite (when I was working as) Customer Assistant so for me that behaviour was unacceptable.
