Had a new dishwasher fitted by James and Adam this morning, great service and both engineers were really helpful, polite and courteous. Would highly recommened this company.

Excellent service.

Initial contact was with Dawn,her advice and help on the phone was outstanding. Repair men arrived on time and were very polite and responsive to our queries. Decided on a new machine instead of repair which was carried out by james and Adam. A very reassuring experience from start to finish which is most unusual these days. Will get our next purchase from this company

Absolutely oustanding service!! From the inital phone call speaking to Marie, who is a lovely, warm and friendly person who put my mind at rest immediately, to the engineer who first visted and then returned with the appropraite part to repair my aging cooker. I have dealt with many trades but never have I come across such a professional, obliging and kind set of people. I have no hesiatation in HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this company who went above and beyond to sort my repair the same day. I shall not hesitate in reutning to them if I have a need for their service in the future and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. So so grateful for your courteos and patient approach to my oven problem and my questions on the best way forward.
