Fantastic experience - highly recommended

Used these guys on Wednesday 18th December 2019. What can I say? Absolutely fantastic. Alan and Gary were such friendly people and couldn’t do enough for me and my wife who had an awful experience on the day thanks to the people we were buying off. Did no get the keys until 3,30pm despite completion being at 1pm. Thankfully the chaps from Castle Removal were very understanding and went above and beyond in helping us move making the experience much more comfortable - even bring in extra help to get the job done quickly for us which we were extremely grateful for. Also special mention to Chris the guy who organised the job for us, was fantastic to deal with and even changed our date at short notice. Thanks Castle Removals - it was a pleasure dealing with you! Highly recommend these people they take away the huge weight and stress of moving house.

An excellent removal experience

I was recommended Castle Removals and could not have been more delighted with that recommendation. Needing to move furniture long distance to two locations at short notice (within a week) Chris managed to schedule collection one day and delivery the next. The team were very careful protecting our possessions and most efficient both loading and unloading. I would definitely recommend Castle Removals.

Castle removals were fantastic. Tom came round to assess our needs at short notice, and we were given the best quote we'd had. With days to go before our move, we found that our purchase might not complete on the same day as our sale - Castle removals solved this by offering storage at a very good rate. On the day of the move they arrived on time and set to work right away - our huge collection of heavy metal - both sorts - was loaded in what seemed like no time and they got to our destination 150 miles away well before we did. We got held up in traffic - they even picked up our keys from the agent to begin unloading. Nothing was lost or damaged. Nothing phased these guys - in the whole process of buying our new home, the actual removal process was the least stressful! Thanks guys.

What a team !

Our office move today wasn't the easiest job that Castle Removals will ever do. Lots of heavy office furniture and lots and lots of stairs! Nothing was too much hassle and everything was done in a truly professional manner. Added to that we couldn't have asked for a more friendly and fun team to help us make this an easy move. We would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them should we ever move again. Thank you from all the team at Blackthorns.
