I have had Bob come out for the last 10 years or so, initially to service an existing boiler installed by British Gas, and then to install and service the replacement. He is unfailingly courteous and effective, always there if I have an urgent failure and I would unhesitatingly recommend him.

Boiler installation and relocation

We had an old boiler removed and a new one relocated from the upstairs bedroom to the kitchen. It was done with absolute precision and was completed quickly. Castle Heating is one excellent gas engineer. I wouldn't go to anyone else. We have used him for the past 10 years. Polite, approachable, trustworthy, but a talent in his field. I cannot recommend him enough.

Would absolutely recommend.

Great boiler installation. Recommended a Worcester and it’s been very reliable. No problems at all. Cleaned up afterwards. Apart from warm house wouldn’t know he’s been here! Have also used company for a rental property and he was really quick and a good price.

Efficient and excellent engineer.

Quick response to fix a non working boiler. All done and dusted quickly and efficiently. What more could you want. We will be using for a boiler change later this year. I would highly recommend him.
