Fantastic customer service from David at Castle Electrics.
Although they were unable to provide the part I needed, David located one on the internet, called me back and then emailed the link for the item. I will definitely get in touch with them when something else breaks!

Extremely unreliable

Very unreliable indeed - they really let me down before Christmas. They don't reply to messages and when I finally got hold of someone they said they wouldn't be able to do anything before Christmas, despite the initial conversation, and assurance it would be sorted for Christmas, being on November 8th. When I pointed this out they then promised to ring back the same morning and I didn't hear from them again.

An unhappy customer

Yes, we are in unusual times but having delivered my Kenwood Chef Major on Mon June 3rd for a service and told it would take about 10 days to 2 weeks, I heard nothing for nearly 3 weeks, despite having left a message to enquire. I finally got through on the phone yesterday only to be told they had FAR more urgent domestic repairs to deal with and not much chance of it being looked at anytime soon. It would have been helpful to have been told this earlier. I shall collect it today - no doubt a bit dusty.

Great communications from start to finish, good advice from the engineer who came to do the job. Professional throughout, the job completed to my total satisfaction. You get what you pay for - cheap quotes give you cowboys......pay a decent price and get a decent job! Would recommend them to anyone.
