Amazing customer experience - Swedish Forest Knife in Curly Birch

Pri here. Recently I was on the lookout for one of Casstrom’s Swedish Forest knives and I was in contact with one of the customer service guys called Leo. He was extremely patient and helpful and gave me many updates, as we had to wait to order the knife due to some problems with customs. I told him that I was hoping to use the knife for my upcoming camping trip and he was fantastic - as soon as the knife arrived in stock, he put it through a fast delivery service so that it would arrive on time for my trip. I’ve now used the knife a couple of times and I absolutely love it. If you’re looking to buy your first knife I would highly recommend Casstrom. Not only are their knives beautiful, but the customer service and help makes it the icing on the cake.

VIP experience from Casstrom

I have been into Bushcraft for years now, I wanted a new knife for my collection, after speaking to Leo who took me through my options, I decided on the knife I wanted, Since speaking with Leo, I am now looking forward to the Bushcraft show, and am building my Bushcraft gear, when I first contacted Casstrom, I wasn’t sure of the customer care I would receive, however I am pleased to have contacted casstrom and would do it again. Leo has a wide range of knowledge of everything in the Bushcraft community starting from Knifes and Axes to fire kits everything you need to know about Bushcraft Casstrom can help you, I ordered a knife and it’s now arrived, the knife arrived sharp and ready to use straight from the box, I am really pleased with my purchase and I am looking forward to purchasing more from Casstrom in the future.
