Terrible service ! Rude/ignorant service ! Sends food 2.5 hours late & refuses a refund because we were unhappy ! The delivery driver Raj, literally didn’t care ! Wow 😯 Literally all of them kept leading me up the garden path, admiring it wasn’t acceptable, promising a refund & then all of them kept putting me on hold ! Ignorance of the highest level ! 27 non-english speaking, uneducated people run this please ! Steer we’ll clear ! Don’t trust their food either ! Just checked them on google - Place looks a mess, proper run down from outside too ! Never again & I will get my refund !

Save your money and don’t order from this place. Ordered a pizza that should have been half vegetarian and it came with meat all over it. The garlic pizza bread they sent was completely burnt. When I called to query this, the person on the phone was quite rude and said “what do you want me to do about it”. There was no apology or understanding, nor any real reason/explanation as to why the food was burnt and the order was incorrect. They said we can do another pizza but it will take 30 mins and you need to collect it yourself. Will never order from here again.

Great service the staff were very nice and polite and showed us great respect i am proud to call this my local take out and will be visiting regularly

Very disappointing.
The fries were all dark and tasted more like dirt. It was obvious that they were very old.
Also, the pizza had a very off taste as well.
I should have known not to order as the shop isn't the most appealing and definitely isn't the most clean looking.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Decent quality pizza. Everything you would expect from Caspian. Service reasonably quick.
