Ordered a camera for my holidays,was due for delivery on 7th Nov,nothing so I called them on 15th giving all my details and they told me there was a mix up will be redelivered next day,

I waited nothing happened,tracking never changed,so call them again,they told me they will find out and someone will give me a ring,never happened. Friday night 7:45pm I went to UKMAIL DEPOT,checking my details nothing is matching except tracking number,wrong address ,wrong name,then UK mail told me the item will go back to the shipper as it was damaged but also address is wrong and this item has never left a depot.

feedback this to Cash generator,asking them for a refund they told me no refund until they receive the item,they also checked and told me,item has never left a depot but we don't know why,so if they confirmed item was never came ,why not refunding me until they get back their item? seen a review before mine another lad saying lost £300 item was sent to wrong address by uk mail
