Cash Converters

Over the past 18 months or so I've watched this place go from bad to worse, then even more worst still.they pay you an absolute pittance for your items and always find/imagine a reason why they can't pay you better because.. blah blah ! They have absolutely zero customer service skills and embarrass you in front of the other customers in line who have also waited an absolute age just to be seen as there's never enough staff on ever.i once spoke quite highly of the manager there However now with experience I realise I was just naive and ignorant of just how sinister and toxic that whole place is and I now take those kind words back completely. I'd really recommend anyone to go to any other pawn store, I.e cash generator, as you will definitely be better off all round. A. R

I GAVE THEM MY PRODUCT ON A BUY BACK PLAN AND WAS ASSURED THAT IF I WAS A FEW DAYS LATE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO EITHER PAY THE INTEREST AND LEAVE THIS FOR ANOTHER MONTH OR PAY THE AMOUNT AND GET THIS IT WILL NOT BE PULLED. GUESS WHAT I AM WAS 1 DAY LATE AND THIS WAS PULLED IT WAS DUE ON THE 27TH AND ON THE 28TH THIS WAS PULLED AND MY DEVICE WAS WIPES I CALL THEM AT 10 IN THE MORNING AND THIS WAS DONE AND NOT ONLY THAT WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA 100GBP TO HAVE MY PRODUCT BACK OR IT WILL BE SOLD FOR LESS THAN HALF THE COST FOR IT. EHEN ASKED WHO DO I COMPLAINT TO IT WAS THE RUDE PERSON ON THE PHONE. THIS COMPANY THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND USELESS. AND EVEN THO I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD HAVE A FEW DAYS GRACE PERIOD WAS TOLD THAT THE STAFF MEMBER WOULD NOT SAY THAT AND THAT I AM LYING. PLS PLS PLS PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
