Charged us £60 to "fix" our boiler, but he didn't actually fix the issue at all as the issue remained, and he then ignored us completely when we asked him to come back out to sort the issue. No response to our messages at all, leaving us with no hot water, we have a young family so we have had to go without whilst sourcing another plumber to fix the issue. We will never use him again and would not recommend him.

Called C.R. Gas Services under emergency situation as our carbon monoxide monitor detected leakage of this gas from our boiler early morning.
That same afternoon Carwyn called out to our home to analise the problem.
New boiler fitted same week.

Chanced upon Carwyn to replace boiler in my Mother 's house. He was less than 50 % of the other quotations , but , from previous experience, at least 50 % better in terms of the service he provides. ! Prompt, exemplarily tidy in his work and clearing up; top quality materials and faultless work and after service.
