great experience during from start to finish. even during a pandemic. phoned up to ask if I can come and look at an Audi A1, that day I put a deposit down. a week later parked up at home. kept me in the loop about what was happening, they even changed my timing belt and water pump for me as well as an mot, service and health check. they went the extra mile

After trying to sell my car to other dealers and we buy any car i took my car here and gave my car a full appraisal unlike the others where they just looked around it. Really went into detail and took about 20 mins to come up with an offer after there inspection which i did not mind as i took the offer as it was better and all explained on how they got to the price. Even dropped me off at home !!!!!

After looking for a new car on the vroom car sales site in north shields i came across a stunning bmw convertible for my wife and the sales approach was very relaxed and very informative. Hats off to this approach as it was a breath of fresh air to be dealt with in this way.
