I called to arrange a viewing for my 2 year old and was told by the manager she would check the forecasting and get back to me with availability. I gave all my details yet was never called back. Disappointing service

Couldn't be bothered...

My parents live in close proximity to this nursery and I was keen to visit in person to determine if it will be suitable for my 8 month old. Having called a week ago to speak with the manager, my details were taken and I was assured she would call me back. Clearly, my call was never returned. Ignorant and unprofessional.
