Carpet Wise

Picked a carpet and booked an install day. So far so good. Generally went downhill from this point. When the installers arrived they actually asked for a cup of tea, bit brazen but not the end of the world. However some of the language they used while they were doing the install was surprisingly offensive. It was only after they left that I realised some areas of the carpet were not laid very nicely and they had scratched the brand new skirting with their tools. I phoned the shop and explained the issue. This day and age you just expect decent customer service as the norm, not here sadly. The same salesman I had placed the order with treated me with complete disdain, was borderline rude and bluntly told me if I wanted it fixing I would have to pay for the installers to return. It was only during this conversation that it also became apparent that Carpetwise double GLUE their carpets to the floor instead of using gripper rods. Have a google but this is not a recommended practise. Avoid.

What more can i say, would absolutely use them again. Service was first rate and all throughout everyone was very helpful.

Great local business that delivers an good and friendly service. Kids love there new bedroom carpet.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new carpet. The carpet fitters were excellent and moved all my furniture as I wasn't able too.
