I needed some luxury vinyl within a very short time.Simon was extremely helpful and carried 3 catalogues to the car so was l able to make a selection at home. The product was delivered the next day..

went in for a certain type of button, which they didnt have on display, staff went out of their way to go through the button books to find what i was after, ordered them in and i picked some up a few days later, didnt bother them that i only wanted 6, could of easily said sorry we dont sell them ...... excellent service, thank you

My custom was not important

Me - Walk in through door at 4:55pm (knowing they closed in 5 mins but also knowing exactly what I wanted and where to find it?)
Owner greets me - "We're just about to close, so as long as your quick!"
I tell her exactly what I want.
Owner response "Really, that's hardly worth keeping the shop open for!"
I pay for my item and leave.
NEVER TO RETURN!
Note to owner: I'm sorry my custom, small though it was, was not worthy of your time; I shall refrain from bothering you with my larger purchases in future too!
Shame really, I like to support small businesses in Portchester.
P.S. Invest some money in your business - find yourself an Improving Customer Service course.
