It's a year on since we've had our carpets fitted and we honestly regret it. The quality is shocking. The carpet has become flat and rough especially where there's high traffic and no amount of vacuuming is freshening it up. We are truly so disappointed by this company. We're now thinking of getting the carpets done again but from a reputable company.

After I pop In at store, after 5 days carper already was fitted in my bedroom (max 30min and all was left nice and tidy ! (Other shops offer same carpet but more pricey, and 3-4 weeks waiting time to get fitted! Carpet range as well is huge. Seller at store good man as well- explain to you all what is good quality what is not so good, recommends right option for your room. Definitely recommend to visit and buy a right carpet for you !!!

Disappointed. Unfortunately the carpet fitters caused us extra stress by bursting a water pipe. We already had tension due to house move and also being heavily pregnant. They didn't bother to clean it up and wasn't at all sympathetic or even apologetic for the stress they.caused. No compensation offered.
The rest of the.carpets went down ok.

Lovely owner ,very capable fitters .Left no mess .Job completed in less than 1 hour.Very pleased. Will use again.
