We Couldn’t decide to have hall carpet replaced by hard flooring my wife was desperate to keep carpet so called carpet care to see if they could spruce it up, when I came home it looks immaculate very happy wife. Thank you so much booking the rest of the house to be done would definitely recommend, the gentleman that came was brilliant thank you again.

We booked our clean 1 month previously. We managed to get a cancellation slot with a local decorator at the last minute so 48 Hours before our scheduled clean - I called to re-arrange our carpet clean. The woman who takes the calls/booking said "you booked someone over the top of us so we won't clean your carpet" and slammed the phone on me. I can understand her annoyance if it was a big job - but it was one room, one hour at £50. There is no nothing in their T&Cs which details a cancellation policy. Also I was calling to re-arrange. Her behaviour was aggressive, rube and really unreasonable. This is really unprofessional. I was really upset buy her aggression. I would not recommend this company simply because of the verbal abuse you may receive.
