Daniel came at the appointed time and tackled my badly stained upper hall carpet and the stairs with a degree of proficiency which was admirable. He also restored my once expensive John Lewis rug to itgs former beauty. His respect for the interior of the house was gratifying since he put on covers on his outdoor shoes and wore the obligatory mask and gloves. Best of all, he somehow sourced the necessary power supply from a generator in his van outside. So nothing was disrupted in my hall. Bottom line? Am one very pleased and delighted customer. Oh, and the prices were totally competitive and agreeable. Saved me having to buy new carpeting and a rug!

Daniel once again restored my carpet, what a brilliant job. We have 2 dogs and a lot of the time two toddler grandchildren so our carpet gets plenty of abuse. All ready for Santa now, looking brand new again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Had my carpet and sofa cleaned, I was amazed at how he managed to get the stains out Iv been trying all sorts of products and nothing shifted it, the kids got hold of my bright red lipstick and I thought the cream carpet was ruined but he even managed to make it look like new! Was booked in for 10:30 this morning, received a message to say he was on his way at 10:07am, still not here by 11:51 had to message again, he then advised he was in Allanton which is a 7 min drive from my home, 20mins later still no show so message again, he then messages back saying his van has broken down. Obviously I am very annoyed at this to then get a message to say he was an at emergency call this morning at Berwick and he got stuck in traffic that his sat nav didn’t predict. Regardless of whether or not he was infact in Berwick he was never going to make it for 10:30am and rather than be honest he has spent the day making excuses. Very annoyed as I arranged for my husband to wait in and booked my appointment 3 weeks ago. If you cannot make an appointment at least have the decency to let your customers know instead of wasting their time. He spent the full day messaging me on Faceboom yet was supposedly meant to be driving.
