Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (9-1-Gone)

I have a velvet sofa which I was assured by this company they could clean without a doubt. I expressed my reservations due to the fabric however he told me he could do it. After the sofa had dried it was left streaky, crispy and the material matted, and still the stains remained. This was in May and when I have contacted them about my complaints I was informed that they would come back to sort it but the man doing the clean was unwell, then they changed the story saying they had problems with their son, meanwhile I’m seeing them still doing cleans on Facebook! I have tried contacting them numerous times with no response. My £2000+ sofa is ruined and I’m devastated.

Had our couch cleaned about a week ago very impressed with the results and the service. Very professional and friendly. Told us alot about how he cleans and the products he uses. We booked for the week after to get all our carpets cleaned. Again very professional and friendly, paying a good price for the outstanding service he provides. Would definitely recommend people to book. Will be booking again in 6 months. Thanks for the amazing service.

Had Brendan clean my dads carpets 3-4 times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. He always does a fantastic job and leaves the carpets looking brand new! The best :)
