Excellent service from start to finish, bedroom stairs and landing completed to a very high standard, very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

I Would like to thank all the staff at Carpet 4 Less, especially Mike, the professional , friendly service that we have received on more than one occasion has been exceptional.
My bedroom Carpet was ordered and fitted in less than a week, all under government Covid guidelines.
The bedroom is now looking amazing , already for my soon to be here , new granddaughter.

Just had my second carpet from here, yet again the staff working here were very helpful and polite, they helped me find the exact carpet I wanted and at a very decent price, they guy who came and fitted it, did an excellent job, was on time, friendly and also helped me move the furniture back into the room afterwards.
All in sll, I'm very happy with the service I got from this company and will definitely be using them again for the rest of my carpets

I don’t understand why staff are and rude. As customers regardless of how much we pay, we’re still paying your company. All through out my purchase the staff seemed so unbothered and rude walking away from us as I pointed out the carpet I wanted, then serving another customer while we were speaking. The staff said someone will either fit my carpet within an hour of purchase or 3 weeks, my choice. So I rushed home ripped out my carpet and waiting 5 hours for them to come, bare in Mind I have children and there are exposed nails from my underlay. So I wait there standing by the steps so the children and are well away for 5 hours. I called and the staff to see if they were actually coming and they were so rude to me, saying I’m being impatient and basically having a go at me. Don’t tell me to rush home rip out my carpet will be there in less than an hour when you’re not actually on your way and plan on coming at a later time. We all have lives. Rude and unprofessional.
