Unprofessional and has not offered to rectify issues
1From the start all the work was discussed and agreed together to enable things to run smoothly The loft work Boarding 30 Sq Mtrs with ladder was completed satisfactory and the customerPaid The other work was to build studwork for pocket doors which we worked on for 2 days. The customer Never ordered the correct size doors ,so more work was involved adjusting the frame to enable to doors to fit. The other doors could not be fitted due to damage…also we spent lots of time trying to sort out the ironmongery which was not on site. At the start I quoted to supply the doors and the customer decided to order the doors herself which arrived damaged and some the wrong size, she then accused me of giving her the wrong measurement. I never measured the doors ???. The final job was to fit the flooring the customer had supplied, but due to the upset felt it was best to walk away. The customer constantly commented of her intentions to leave a bad feedback and would except her own mistakes.
