Awful Company

Got a surprise letter one year after a no win no fee enquiry. They failed to get me any money for whiplash and sent a letter charging £2000 for their expenses.
Letter details how they’ll action court in 30 days if no payment is made.
This is a bad company.

Shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company . Zero communication skills . Zero customer relation skills . Zero common courtesy. Claim been going on for nearly 2 years and still not making any progress. Everytime I ring and ask for my claim handler he is not available does not matter how much I ring same response. They cause added stress to any claim . I feel helpless and so frustrated towards this company unbelievable should be shut down

if i could give no stars i would, im being taken to court through one of their handlers putting wrong info in. when i phoned and emailed after being told they would sort it out to find out that handler on holiday and not back till after court date so im not attending, absolute joke i will be invoicing them for my time.
