We have recently bought a car from Richard at Carpenters, I cannot rate the service highly enough. I felt completely at ease with Richards professionalism, there was no pressure, and Richard was extremely helpful.I am happy to recommend this business. In addition all the Covid 19 security was top notch.

I would 200% reccomend this place if you want a car. I'm a 1st time driver and everything was quick, easy and explained in a way I could understand. I had a slight issue with my car which was no fault of Carpenters (manufacturer issue!) and they did everything they could to help me with the issue, going above and beyond to make sure I was kept up to speed on the progress of the repair. Rich is a really lovely person and I would have no issues with buying from them again. Thank you.

Brought my car from here in January, had a problem with it last week. I phoned them up and arranged them to have a look at it. Took it down and explained the problem, he knew exactly what it was and I left it with them, got done by the next morning (would have been done sooner but they needed a part) No issues or problems dealing with it, they were happy to help and really easy to talk to. Couldn't be happier!!
