I have just had problems with a fairly new Servis washing machine and the diagnosis and advice from Carpenters Washer Workshop was invaluable.

They did not charge a call out fee and the engineer called several times at the appointed times. It is rare to find such a company building its good reputation by word of mouth. I would certainly advise anyone with W/Mc problems to give them a call.

In my particular situation, using Carpenters engineer's written report, I was eventually able to get a replacement machine from a large national company on the grounds that the original which that nationally well known company had supplied was unfit for use even though it was technically out of its warranty period.
