I had a new door supplied and fitted by carousel windows in Bradford which i was very happy with at first but now after 9 years the door has developed several cracks and splits I have been informed by carousel that this damaged is caused by the sun which is strange the door only gets the sun in the mornings and should an outside door not be designed to withstand weather conditions or what's the point of it.
I am very dissapointed with the product and would never use carousel windows again.
