Bus driver shouted at me for getting on bus before him, even though he was just stood around chatting right outside. I'd already paid but he made me wait to get back on, asking for my card so he could check details. Was rude and told me to get to the back, using vulgar language. A few stops later, a woman with two young children tried getting on with a disabled pass. It was 9 o'clock at this point, yet the driver told her she can't use the pass, even though she comes on most days with it. Were held up for 10 minutes on the side of the road whilst they argued, and he snatched her phone to pay, all whilst holding up traffic. After I got off the bus, he drove up the road and shouted out the window "I'll see you at the bus station ****"

I find carousel bus service very good. There buses are clean and warm unlike arriva which are always breaking down and rarely on time.
There drivers are pleasant and polite. I have no idea why they are getting such bad reviews unless these reviews are from arriva drivers.

Had a bad rude driver run his mouth at me in Uxbridge around 18:15 for not standing where he initially wanted stop and pick up. He stopped the bus where he wanted to stop, I get on and he goes “Bus stop isn’t there, it’s here ok?”. I responded ok and he followed it up with “good boy”. Seriously who interviewed him and thought, right he’ll do good. It’s a shame, because the other drivers never gave me stiff for something like this. I stood 2metres away from where the bus normally stops. Other bus drivers would stop where he stopped and would know that I’m going to walk to the bus and was just signalling them to pull up. He must be a new driver, because this is the first time I’ve seen him. I think he was either driving 101 or 102. He wears a black earring. Bloke must’ve watched 2 seasons of Topboy and thinks he’s a big man now. Get him out of here. Or have him drive 103/107 instead.

I tried to get the bus yday from Hemel station to Chesham with my bike. I was told I couldn't get on the bus with my bike even though it was a giant double decker with a mighty 3 people on it. The first thing the driver did was wagged his finger at me rather than speak. Eventually the driver remembered he could speak and I was told by the driver it was a company decision but the company says It's up to the driver. Who's the liar then? On the website it says they can turn you down if the bike is going to soil the bus (It was clean and dry.) Or basically cause a nuisance to passengers, there weren't any to trouble. Then when E-mailing them tonight I received a cocky reply telling me they had already answered me (They hadn't) and that bikes aren't permitted on their buses. Trouble is, that isn't what it says, no matter how cocky they get about it. First time and last time I try to use this "Service". Angry and cocky when questioned (Or found out ) and can't get their own story straight.
