Really helpful and polite. Really kind to my two young boys. Plenty of stools for little ones.

I have visited today and the machines are blatantly fixed... the snakes and ladders machines were not paying out the correct amount if tickets.. machine said 25 and it paid out about 5.. when I queried it they gave me a few free tickets but told me to go and play another machine whilst they 'fixed the sensors' ... I went a couple minutes later to play another machine but same style of game and the exact same happened.. they are clearly setting the sensors wrong to short change on tickets. Very disappointing... is it really necessary to do kids out of some tacky gifts that they're already paying over the odds for?!!
