Carolyn is a lovely, kind person as well as being a great yoga teacher. She has an enthusiastic, yet gentle style of teaching. Her classes are very accessible and beginners are soon put at ease. She always has time for people: whether a friendly chat after the class or yoga/wellbeing advice via email: Carolyn is there for you. If you want to give yoga a go - Carolyn's classes are for you!
