Training at its worst

Any driving instructor who teaches a student to drive so close to the kerb so that a pedestrian waiting 4ft from the road gets splashed by the shallowest of puddles needs to reconsider their skills and seriously think about a change of career.
The pedestrian wasn’t even acknowledged, nor did the instructor stop the car to apologise.
