Hi, I am Caroline from Caroline Ellison Counselling in Fleet, Hampshire which is on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey.

Whether you are looking to cope with a specific mental health issue, better manage unpleasant emotions or simply want to feel better about yourself, counselling can help.

Counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk about your concerns in a confidential and safe environment. My goal as you counsellor is to help you develop these skills, and to uncover your unique and innate abilities to successfully manage your emotions, relationships and concerns.

I believe kindness, compassion and understanding are the cornerstones of life and as an integrative therapeutic counsellor I am able to work with a wide range of approaches and will work collaboratively with you providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to express and process your emotions.

I offer face-to-face and online counselling from my counselling cabin in Fleet, Hampshire. To get started I offer a free 1 hour initial consultation. I am a Registered Member of the BACP and work with adults (16+) and carers to support and improve their mental health and emotional well-being, aiming to restore balance in life.

I have experience and work with a wide range of issues such as: anxiety, stress, overwhelm, bereavement, grief and loss, depression and low mood, family difficulties, building confidence and self-esteem, trauma, long term and life limiting illness, counselling for carers.

I have a special interest in counselling for carers, patients and family members of long term and life limiting illness such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Cancer.
